View and manage sales order transactions



Sales Orders List

Sales orders are listed in the reverse chronology. The most recent order is displayed first, and the oldest order is displayed last. Very simple to a very complex filter can be applied to the list to find the desired results. 


Available functions

  • Download Selected - Let's you download selected orders in Excel and JSON format.
  • Close Orders - This function will let you close the open sales orders. Only the Administrator role has this privilege.


Important fields


Order No. SEMBA assigned order number.
Merchant Doc. No. Order number assigned by your ERP or the financial system.
Customer Reference No. Customer's purchase order number.
Created By Show the user name (email address) who created the sales order.
Order Status Show the order status.

Order No. SEMBA assigned order number.
Merchant Doc. No. Order number assigned by your ERP or the financial system.
Customer Reference No. Customer's purchase order number.
Created By Show the user name (email address) who created the sales order.
Order Status Show the order status.
Invoice No. SEMBA assigned invoice document number when order is closed and invoiced.
Payment No. SEMBA assigned payment document number when the order/invoice is paid.
Payment Method Payment instrument used for the order.
Shipment date The date order was shipped or picked up.
Order Date & Time Show order creation date and time.
Order Source Shows the origin of the order.
Order progress status Shows the order progress status.
Shipping Method Shows the shipping method for the sales order.
Product/Service Total Shows total amount before calculating taxes, charges and discounts.
Shipping & Handling Charges Shows shipping and handling charges
Sales Tax Shows sales tax amount.
Discount Amount Shows discount amount applied to the sales order.
Additional Charges Shows any additional charges applied to the sales order.



Available actions

Following are the available actions available from the sales order detail page. 



  • Delete Sales Order: This allows to delete a sales order. Only Administrator user roles can perform this action.
  • Convert To Invoice: This allows to convert a sales order to a Sales Invoice. Once an order is converted to an invoice, it can't be changed.
  • Order Confirmation: This shows the order confirmation PDF file.
  • Customer Signature: This shows the customer's signature.
  • Upload Order: This allows to upload of an order confirmation pdf file.
